Juan P. Perez is the Owner/Principal of Southeastern Construction Consultants, Inc.  Juan Perez was born in Washington D.C. and later moved to South Florida where he attended Christopher Columbus High School.  Through the late 1980’s, Juan worked in the Construction Industry, obtaining his Certified General Contractor’s License from the State of Florida.  In 1990, Juan Perez received a Degree in Construction Management from Florida International University’s College of Engineering.  

Through the early 90’s, Juan worked in commercial construction and also constructed Military Installations for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers in bases throughout the Southeast United States.  In 1996, Juan began his full time career assisting contractors in the resolution of their construction claims with Owners, first specializing in disputes with the United States Government, and later helping contractors involved in disputes with State, Municipal, and Private Organizations.

 For the past 10 years, Juan Perez has assisted contractors working on Disaster Recovery Missions, Oil Pipeline Contracts, Bomber Hangars, Transit Rail Projects, High Rise Buildings, Airport Terminal Construction, Parking Garages, and a host of Military, Industrial, and Commercial Projects.  Through his team of consultants, Juan Perez is ready to implement the right approach to resolve your construction claim. 

 Following a methodical process of a thorough review of project documentation, electronic image linking, the production of a detailed narrative, the presentation of well reviewed cost information, claim booking,  professional 3-D Computer Modeling,  Power Point /Mult-media presentation, and a merit-based negotiation strategy- any claim situation can be faced from a position of strength at the negotiation table.
